Inspired by childhood memories of the bustling lanes of Varanasi, we started Chaat Bae to bring a little of that magic to Hoskote. Tangy chutneys, crisp puris and a warm welcome at the table.
From the riverfront ghats to the golden spire of Kashi Vishwanath, Banaras stays close to our heart. That is the feeling we bring to the table: familiar favourites, a little nostalgia, and plenty of reasons to say, “one more plate.”
